Chris Cuomo shares chest X-rays after coronavirus diagnosis

Friends,

Here is an April 6, 2020, Chris Cuomo and Sanjay Gupta conversation on COVID and how Chris is fighting the virus that is currently in his lungs. Germany and S. Korea got a good handle on COVID early on because of good surveillance systems on the front end—which we all of course know wasn't the case for the U.S. (This must obviously never happen to us as a country again.  This must be a priority.)

Chris Cuomo says that COVID leads you to want to lie down and be passive on your back.  He explains all of what you need to do in greater detail in this other CNN video that gives folks with COVID a better chance at beating it, himself included.

Do listen to these helpful videos, as he emphasizes the importance of getting aggressive, instead of passive, in one's healing process no matter how lethargic it makes one feel.  By "aggressive," Cuomo explains that this is not about rigorous exercise, but rather in terms of getting up regularly, stretching your torso, taking Tylenol, drinking lots of fluids, and breathing deeply, as opposed to giving in to it.
