From everyone of my colleagues that I've spoken to, this past Summer was the busiest ever. Non-stop. I can vouch for this, as well. This piece is about how work has its limits—as the very serious issue of burnout abundantly reveals.
All of us in K-12 and higher education, need to be kind, caring, and considerate to minimize harm in what will predictably be another high-stress semester and year.
