A new report by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board says Texas colleges and Universities need to double their number of Hispanic students by 2015.
As the Hispanic population grows, under-representation is something seen throughout Texas. KUT’s Mose Buchele reports on some strategies for increasing Latino enrollment in Texas.
