Professor who has predicted presidential winners since 1984 makes his Prediction

Hopefully, American University professor Allan Lichtman's prediction for the 2020 Presidential election will prevail. He has been accurate at picking presidential winners since 1984 based on a 13-question system he developed. Russian interference and voter suppression, however, do keep him up at night. As things stand right now, Biden wins.
