Yesterday, I had to replace four car tires that were just barely three years old due to significant cracking from heat damage! At work, I park in a covered parking garage and in shade at home, too. Still, the heat destroyed them.
Friends, especially those of you living in hot climates like Texas, do check your car tires regularly. At least the ones I had on my car fared poorly and were actually quite dangerous. I fear that the heat can make our roads more dangerous, in general.
